Return & Exchange Policy

At RAZ STUDIO, every piece is considered before it reaches you — and we want you to feel just as considered if something needs to go back.

## Eligibility

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within **5 days of delivery**.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

## How It Works

1. Email your return or exchange request to **Razstudio3@gmail.com**, including your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team reviews every request within **1 business day**.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your exchange or refund.
4. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received. Please note our courier does not process cash refunds directly.

## A Few Notes

- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Per our courier's policy, packages cannot be opened at the time of delivery. If something isn't right, you still have your full 5-day window to reach out — we'll take it from there.
